The Ocean View Club

I photographed a wedding here and absolutely fell in love! My couple was absolutely thrilled with every aspect of how their wedding turned out. It was the perfect blend of elegant, relaxed, and fun. If you are a couple getting married and are looking for a venue, I would highly recommend The Ocean View Club!

Lovely venue with a great view. Food was delicious, can definitely recommend the jerk chicken and the steak. Staff were fantastic, though we did experience one of the owners talking down to them (for no particular reason other than she thought they had made a mistake - it turned out they hadn't, an apology was interestingly absent), which wasn't positive. Other than that though, a great experience and would recommend.

We attempted to have lunch at the Ocean View Club on a weekday. The restaurant was completely empty! The rude person working the front room was not accommodating and said they needed at least a days notice to accommodate 7 people at one table for lunch. She couldn’t have been more nasty…. Never even looked up from her desk when we entered and throughout our conversation. We went to Pink Sands instead and had the loveliest lunch. Also to note, we walked into the Dunmore the previous day for lunch and were accommodated so well. They were incredibly gracious and lunch was delicious.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant and view, but none of the food was very good. I had the curry, my partner had the catch of the day (grouper) ; both were just average.

For context, back in Florida we have $6 thai curry served out of a gas station that beats this every day of the week. I know it's difficult getting ingredients to this island but for $50, you do expect it to beat a gas station.

On the other hand, the drinks were great, the waitress was wonderful, and the overall ambiance was pleasant!

Truly dont think there are words to describe this place or their staff. Ben and Charlie are top notch and the property is one of a kind, the best cocktails on the island. Any chance you get, go visit. The world is lucky to have a place like this!

What a fun place! Very laid back, great service! We had a fabulous meal here. Fresh, grilled grouper and an avocado grapefruit salad. So good!

We didn’t stay at the Ocean View Club, but were lucky enough to have dinner one night. I will say the evening was excellent. Not excellent for the Bahamas, just excellent. Twinkle was our server and she was fantastic. Her recommendations were on the money for the cocktail and the dinner. The real star is Chef. His talents and techniques are very refined. The flavour infusion, sauces and liberal use of sous vide were all perfect. I was able to speak with him after service and was even more impressed. Likely the best chef and dinner in the Bahamas. Yes, the Bahamas.

The Ocean View Club is everything and more. We had a our wedding on the beach and our dinner on the terrace and everything was beyond perfect. The staff, food, drinks, rooms, and common areas are all so wonderful. You feel like you’ve arrived at your home away from home. Little Island Events, Alice, Ben, and Charlie, JoJo, and Chris made all of our dreams come true.
